last week. Turned out there were no long queues, but still glad we did it. I had my mother with me, and she was very grateful for not having to stand in any queues, no matter how short. The lounge (operated by Bali Concierge) is lovely and relaxing, and they collect your baggage as well, while you have a drink and snack. We were offered tea, coffee, soft drinks and beer.
I would highly recommend it, especially if you anticipate being tired, or have someone older or frail with you.
