They were waiting at the entry hall and took us straight through to the lounge gave us a bintang and went and organised everything. 10-15 mins later they came and took us straight pass the line where our luggage was waiting at the exit. no worries was bloody fantastic. Will only ever use this service from now on. You will not be dissapointed. You can wait up to an hour in the immigration line then have to wait for your luggage. Everything was done for us.
