We really enjoyed staying here. Well located right in the heart of Kuta with friendly helpful staff who will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is exceptionally good but we were not so impressed with the restaurant menu, neither were other people we spoke to. No need to worry about that as there are so many other places to eat. Sendok is a great restaurant up the street from the Ramayana (same side), best schnitzel I've had anywhere! Depending on your type of accommodation you may have access to the afternoon tea - very yum especially the creme brulee. Matahari in Kuta Square will be your local supermarket so you will have everything you need close by. We would happily stay here again.
