Just be careful advertising you've got a laptop by using it in a public place - especially in places where the locals get to know your comings and goings real quick, and are likely to know exactly where you are staying.
Not suggesting either of these establishments have a problem with theft, but laptops are one the most highly targeted items for theft in Bali. Make sure you've got backups of essential stuff in case the worst happens.
