Smudge is a volunteer worker for Yayasan Peduli which is a registered charity in Bali.
They certainly do help disadvantaged people and your clothing would be put to very good use.
At the bottom of my reply to you i will include a link to an October post from the man himself about a very small part of the work he does.
On this page also you will find orphanages in Bali that would also really appreciate your help. There are posts from visitors to and founders of orphanages.
