Where ever we go even at home there is the possability of things hapening. IN Melbourne we have had 2 major bombings (russel st and caroline st) and it hasnt deterred us from going about out business. London has had more bombings and terrorist attacks in the last 20 years than anywhere. IRA and the recent underground bomings. If you said you were going to London would they be as worried. There are risk riding a bus or catching a plane or doing a lot of things. This will not placate your parents. They will always worry, that is their job. Just keep in touch. Phone, text or email daily. And when you get home tell them of the great holiday that you had. You have to make your own mind up based on information that you have. Just give them the respect they deserve and keep them informed and keep in contact. If you tell them you will ring tomorrow or in 2 day or 3 make sure you do.
