I've been struggling with Royal Laundry for 6 weeks on a problem and am getting nowhere -- the local branch manager won't escalate things -- just blocks us from going over his head to seek redress from a higher person in the organization.
It's ridiculous and shocking customer service. This guy is clearly playing us because we're foreigners. (They destroyed over 10 million RP in goods and have offered 500,000 compensation! Less the cost of the cleaning!!)
Anyone have any experience with these guys? Any advice?
