I actually thought it was better than the photos I had seen. Rooms seem to be more spacious. They have taken the villa concept of open living rooms and closed airconditioned bedrooms , but put them into an apartment/hotel room layout. The two bedroom units have an open living area, and an airconditoned TV room downstairs, plus two airconditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. I asked if you are allowed to have one sleep in the downstairs room, but they said NO straightaway. did not get any particular reason. The trees and garden vegetation are growing, so the sense of looking straight across the courtyard into someone else's unit is diminished. I was quoted $US100 per night, which I thought may be a bit steep, but on reflection for two hotel rooms is probably not too bad. I would not class it as a villa, and the complex only has one small pool, but is pleasant in atmosphere. Good location near Kumala hotel.
