Hi Julie, I stayed at Kusnadi in Sept/Oct just gone. The rooms have a good size bed, airconditioning, TV (we could have watched the AFL Grandfinal in our rooms if we had wanted), Wardrobe, Dresser/writing table, bathroom is tiled with Toilet, hand basin, shower (some have baths). You would be wise to buy a mozzie zapper at the little mini mart down the street (not expensive) for in the bathroom and keep bathroom door shut at night as the little window in the bathroom does not have glass in it, table and 2x chairs & clothes airer on your verandah, I wouldn't say Rustic but has all your basic needs. They have a laundry service, which was brilliant, mit cost my daughter $25.00 for 2 weeks laundry for the four of them, Buffet breakfast was also included. Rooms 101, 102,105,106,109 are ground level and a few steps out your front door and you are in the swimming pool. The staff are wonderful especially Rafael who loved my 2 little grand daughters (he has a little boy of his own ), the pool was great, nice warm water and as the afternoon goes on you get more shade across the pool, A few Day beds in the gardens and sun lounges around the pool. We found Kusnadi very central to what we wanted and very peaceful if we wanted to get away from the hustle & bustle. I think for 370,000rp (just recently increased to this) per night is great value and we will be back.
