So where is safe these days? Who's to say where you are living right now won't be the next target?
I was in NYC last month and this warning wouldn't put me off going back again - any more than the travel warnings have stopped me booking at trip to Bali next year. However I lived in London in the early 90's when the IRA was still bombing (which many people have conveniently forgotten!) so I guess this impacts on my thinking.
Oh and as a Mum of teens I have to say I'd be more worried about spiked drinks & illegal drugs in Bali than safety from terrorism! :-)
