I dived 8 dives in Tulamben 1 1/2 week ago and 4 dives in Padangbai this week. Tulamben has got a little rain but visibility was very good and the marine life included black tip reefshark on two dives.

Expect to pay around 40 euros for two dives including equipment
Padangbai has got a little rain, so the visibility was not very good. Still some interesting dives, expect to pay from 45 euros for diving, equipment may be extra check the different dive shops
