I emailed them before we went. At that time you could pre-book a cabana for Mon-Fri if you go to the guest services desk the day before. You don't need to pay, just choose a cabana off their park map and reserve with your name. If you want one in a particular area ie. Kiddie Land, this is a good idea. I heard people next to us say they were there 1st thing and the cabana they wanted (ours!) was already gone - I'd booked it the day before! They won't let you pre-book on w/ends tho as they are busy.
As said, put plenty on your band, at least 500K, as you will get it back at end of day. I put money on at front desk but forgot that inside they took money for cabana etc.. off straight away. Used it within 5 mins and had to go and top up again straight away! Meals were pretty reasonable and they will take your order from and deliver to you at the cabana (they did in Kiddie Land at any rate).
