I can only speak for Pacific Blue in general because as yet no-one has flown to Bali with them.
We have flown with Pacific Blue twice... to Vanuatu and Fiji and both times they were great flights with no problems. As a low cost airline Pacific Blue wasn't full service... food could be bought on board. Unless things have changed you can take your own food on board to eat... not drinks as it comes under the Gels and Liquid laws.
