Hi there ellen,
Maureen is the usual person who reply's to the emails, usually fairly
quickly, having said that, the time of the year you want to book is high season, i know for a fact they will, when they eventually get back to you, tell you to go through an agent as it has all been "block booked" out at this time of the year. I tried for last July and had to go through Island Bound here in Perth and the same happened this year, no direct bookings for July & August, so i had
to once again go through Island Bound.
