Ingredients
1 c. sticky rice (sushi rice) soaked for one hour
1 c. very thick coconut cream
½ c. sugar
2 pinches salt
Sauce
1 T. sugar
2 pinches salt
¼ c. coconut cream
Freshly chopped mango or banana.
Directions
Rice: Drain the rice and bring to steam for about 15 minutes (I love my rice steamer...perfect rice EVERY time). Immediately mix with next three ingredients. Cover and let stand for ½ hour. Cover with sauce (below) and top with freshly chopped mango (my personal favorite) or banana.
Sauce: Mix all ingredients together. Bring to boil over low heat. Keep stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and pour over sticky rice before serving.
