Has always been very different to yours. I often head to Ramayana and I have noticed that the Staff usually don't have the excellent english that others in Kuta have but since my Indonesian is not existent their 2nd language is better than mine so I can't complain. I have never found staff to be unhelpful and I am pleased to say that I have never noticed the shop you refer to and thanks for the warning as we have sensitive children to and won't be heading there..............
