that many places (apartments / townhouses) all around the place are openly promoting leases that would appear to be non compliant (excess of 25 years), if the information posted is up to date.
(I guess that 15 mtrs high is a fairly simple requirement to police as well, but it seems that this is regularly compromised too)
There is no better advice than that from those living in the environment....thanks for the reminder.
