To cut an extremely long story short Pratt is a complete Pratt and screwed them.
Pratt now lives in Denmark and they were never able to take ownership of the villas they paid for nor have they received a penny in rentals.
For this reason alone Australians should avoid the place as the money is going into bent pockets.
