travel warnings stop culural exchanges

Travel warnings put off certain amount of tourists but we can see Australians are coming back in more numbers than ever before.

But for me the biggest problem is it stops cultural exchange. Students can not study in Indonesia and still get government assistance or support. Student exchanges can't happen as well as teacher exchanges. This probably goes for other cultural exchanges like dance groups etc.

Now Indonesia is Australia's neighbour and there are about 250 million Indonesian's + or - so maybe this is not such a good idea to be discouraging cultural exchanges.
