I think you are right about it not being open to all airlines - although I don't know if it makes a difference if you offer to pay: let's face it, almost everything is available at a price in Bali! When I last travelled to Bali in April I flew with Singapore Airlines and this is where I was directed to - on other occassions I've flown Garuda and used the other two lounges. If you going with Singa Air there is no real issue with the departure gate because it's close to the Premier lounge whereas Garuda and Jetstar are at the opposite end. I'm not sure that the Premier's food or beverage options were any better than elsewhere but the lounge itself seems more spacious, feels a little more comfortable and was less busy during my time there. I wouldn't stake my house on it but I don't think the Premier lounge offered any biz stations or web access whereas I think one or both of the other two, do. In the end I think it's probably a case of personal taste on the day because there is very little seperating them - a bit like choosing a blue car over a red one!
