Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights earlier in the year. Room was clean and fresh, modern bathroom, hot water, aircon, breakfast, friendly staff, etc. Tir Na Nog is also the oldest Bar & Restaurant on the island and it's close to all the action (not that there's much action on Gili T)
Check Google using "Tir Na Nog Gili Trawangan" for sites booking this hotel but you can probably negotiate a better walk-in rate. From memory, we paid Rp250,000 per night for 2 nights.
