I appreciate the information, the whole experience sounds really awful. Even the way you were treated when you arrived there. I am going over in 3 weeks and had intended to go into Denp & get my shopping in there done before my husband arrived a few days later. I will have my two little ones with me (2& 5). I had particularly wanted to go to that mall. I think I will perhaps have to wait till my husband arrives now. The way you were treated by the people there sounds awful. What would there problem be? I've always been treated well by the staff at Matahari in Denp. Not everyone is super friendly and they follow you around constantly which can be annoying but I've never felt they were rude or the like.
