We were in Bali in September and found them at Centro shopping centre, i think they were on the top level near timezone, it was a shop that sort of had a bit of everything almost like a mini Target. They were reduced down to about $30 Australian and in colours blue and pink only, also had spare wheels to buy. They just look like a normal shoe with a wheel that pops out under the heel.
