We also made that mistake a few years ago and did not realise it until we arrived.
Even though they are owned by the same company they would not let us change, but after a bit of negotiation they did upgrade us to a deluxe room which was very nice, but the rest of the hotel needed a fair bit of work done on it.
There is a big difference between the two hotels, and unless the Melasti Bungalows have undergone dramatic re furbishment try to change or at least upgrade to deluxe.
The hotel is in a good position and we have stayed in a lot worse.
