I think you will find that this lounge is for Business Class passengers, but if it is nearly empty they sometimes let you pay to get in. I think it is 150,000 to 200,000 rp. The best option is to use the Prada or Dewi lounge that are open to the public and cost 150,000 rp per person. One of them is near gate 7 that Jetstar board from. The Premier lounge is about as far away as you can get from gate 7. You are told about boarding in all the lounges.
