I don't see the significance in mentioning the nationallity of the people who got justifiably upset because you jumped the queue simply because you can't control your kids.

Children are not a tool to use to get priveleged travel concessions.
Would you have made the same racist comment (the old winging pom bit) if the people upset at being further delayed for your benefit were Kiwis, Australians, Indonesians or whoever??
Travelling when it is hot and there are long delays is stressful for everyone.

Not only did you jump the queue on her, but you have taken some delight in contributing to her further distress, by enjoying the additional attention by the customs guy.
I hope you never end up in the same queue as me and pull the same stunt, as I will also be "not happy Jan"!!!
