Had a ring remodelled by Ms Pak and disappointed as I had wanted some diamonds set in a channel setting to match another ring. When I went to pick it up I was very disappointed, they had set the diamonds into the gold NOT a channel setting at all, and the band is a bit to chuncky for me. Ms Pak explained that the channel settings aren't as secure as the diamonds set in the band but I was still unhappy as I wish she had advised that in the first place. Has any one had a ring made in Bali with the diamonds set in a channel setting? May get it re-set when we return in June, just not happy. I thought I had been very clear with what I wanted but sometimes you begin to doubt yourself,I thought a picture and a matching ring would have done the trick!! Appreciate anyfeed back
