Depends on the type & class of ticket as to whether there will be a charge or if you can change it at all
ie.. whether it's with a package, on a special, 35 day or yearly ticket etc, whether there are seats available on the new flight at the same class (price) of existing ticket
Best to contact the agent or Garuda to check which type of ticket you have, the limitations on that ticket & the charges if any.
