I booked with Annette at TravelManagers and had to change a ticket on 26 October for a flight 5 November (changed to 1 December). We changed it at no cost and no trouble whatsoever. Just had to pay for the extra time for travel insurance.
I think the charges come in with difference in seasons and also how close to the flight date you change tickets.
