Hi There!
I've never incurred any costs for staying longer or changing my air fare dates - maybe I've been lucky?
However, I've changed the dates well in advance and not while I've been in Bali.
If you stay longer than 30 days you'll need to apply for a differnt visa - I think the cost for this is $60pp. (My husband does the paperwork!!)
BGH are helpful and will accommodate if they can but don't forget that this hotel is gaining in popularity so may be at capacity at that time.
If you're thinking about it - enquire about it and do it now - there is still 6 months left! It's when you leave it till you're there that it can become painful - especially if you need to apply for that visa!
Good luck!
