there are 5 of us flying so the difference is quite large ...what is going on with Virgin at the moment - all over the show - so many emails telling me that flights and terminals have changed...
I want to change my flights and keep the credit but don't know that I have the energy. Have emailed ....re fuel surcharge...still
no response after 2 weeks. When I phone I get a lady with limited English who keeps putting me on hold to ask he supervisor then says she has no answer and to ring back next month. Really starting to p**s me off too :(
