Get a fat suit made (morbidly obese size) whilst you are in Bali. Then, not only will you be treated with compassion, for your dreadful disability - and score 2 seats for the price of one, you will be able to bring your V. skinny friend along as your carer. (Really morbidly obese people need help with toileting/bottom wiping etc). Don't forget to order diet coke with you meal and use 'equal' tablets in your coffee, or you will give the game away.
