it is worrying to those that have made a booking, perhaps the owners are going through stress /private circumstances themselves at the moment (thus explaining the owners behaviour)
They may not wish to have their personal situation/circumstances posted on a public forum for all to discuss and read.
The owner has contacted people that have bookings, so perhaps these people should be the ones to ask the owner directly what exactly is going on re their cancelled bookings etc.
