I would use PT Central Kuta. Discuss the transaction with their office, and arrange security if necessary.
Also if this is a business transaction, or real estate, you could discuss with your solicitor or notaris about transferring the money to them and holding in escrow, which can be a bit safer than large amounts of cash.
