Did also send off some emails and tried the phone number contacts (which disturbingly were saying they were switched off or out of service- even the landline) we had have just had a reply from the husband to my email saying that we were lucky as we had paid in full so he would not disrupt our holiday but that he had only been contacting people who had not paid in full. still a little worrying though as we just have to trust everything will be ok when we arrive.
