I can also comment on Perth. The duty free shop he mentioned in Perth (used to be Downtown inow First) belongs to the same chain as the duty free at the Perth Airport. You can order there to pick up at the airport (for flights out you need to allow a few days) and you can order for pickup on your return to Perth. It is 1L to Bali, 200 cigs per person and in to Australia 2.25L and 250 cigs per person. I now prepay as I find that there is a larger selection of alchol this side than airside on arrival.
