its in the kuta/legian area.. most taxis will know it.. its up aj hackett bungy way.
its clean with single use needles and an autoclave.. equipment is plastic wrapped and gloves are worn...
he is great at freehand tattoos as well... had a few stars done there once, lines are perfectly straight..
