We tried the Ayurvedic treatments at Melasti Spa. It comes with the shirodara (oil over the third eye, a herbal body scrub based upon your personal physche and herbal tea as well. Lots of places only do the shirodara and call it Ayurvedic. True Ayurvedic requires answering a questionnaire to determine which blend of oil to use to achieve true balance. They do that at Melasti.
