they are all slightly different, but the main difference in the club rooms is that you have breakfast in a separate area if you choose to, you have finger food, coffee and snacks served for a certain portion of the day (intercontinental for example, has food 24 hours), and usually a happy hour with beer, wine and soft drinks (some have spirits too but not all).
i think its well worth the money.
