There is a 21% percent surcharge (Govt tax + service) on room rates and in the bar/restaurants. Also a high season surcharge on rooms mid-July - mid-Sept and mid-Dec to mid-Jan
You will find all the hotels of a similar standard are the same as far as the 21% goes - but yes, you need to remember it for your budget!
Absolutely lovely place to stay - both the hotel and the new Qunci Pool Villas are very nice, great service and great location.
