issues here and I'm probably slightly off topic with you. The point I picked up on in Wiw's post was "mis use of the forum" - I agree with you 100% that it is impossible to tell from reading the forum if a negative post is or is not malicious. However, in the case I posts I referred to, I did have the abilty to gather further information to point out that perhaps the posts in question were malicious as there is no evidence of this person ever staying at the properties that he so strongly bagged. The management of the two properties in question are desparate to remedy any genuine complaint but as non has been received other than the bagging on here and can find no evidence of the person staying there, what can be done????
