Considerably cheap compared to Australia.
They can draw pretty much anything you ask for & tattoo free hand most of the time.
Depending on your own pain threshold will depend on how much it will hurt you. A friend of mine had a tatt on her lower back & it really hurt her quite badly. Saying that, she hates pain & is a thin girl.
