My friends and i had all purchased the same satay (dry mix that has been cooked and all you have to do is add water to it)
We each went to different quarantine officers ( all on the same day same flight).Each one of us declared the satay
mine was confiscated because contained citrus leaf(even though had been cooked) and my 2 friends managed to get all theirs through as each officer told them that as it was cooked it was fine to go through.
So i guess they are pretty consistent (NOT)
thank God one friend gave me one of her packages the other friend said it is so good that she won't share. I hope the officer enjoyed my satay.
