I would declare and pay the charges. My nephew paid $40 AUS for a bottle of passion pop at the bintang last month and we couldn't find any other australian wine or champagne in any of the big shops. I do know someone who went earlier this year and paid $100 duty on 12 bottles of wine so I guess it just depends on the luck of the draw on the day at who you get....
