is an authentic bali recipe. Its the EXACT way that a huge amount of people in Bali make it. It tastes the same as most of the mie gorengs I've tried in Bali.
I wasn't making it up, my friend from Bali who visited two weeks ago made it that exact way and said thats the way they make it at home. Does it get any more Authentic than that.
There are so many different ways to make a dish, have you tried an authentic lasagne, it doesnt exist, depending on the family, it changes.
Type Mie Goreng into Google, get all the recipes and try them all until you find one you like, then you'll have your own.
