Just because something is "done that way" there doesn't make it right. As for "who are we to say it's sick" - I think the answer is pretty obvious that any animal lover would find this kind of activity disturbing and we are well within our rights to say this. I can't believe any westerner would want to watch something like that - it's sick and pathetic and speaks volumes about the type of person they are.
