I got this recipe from one of the carts at Waterbom (back when they had the carts...)
half spoon salty soy sauce (soup spoon)
1 and half spoons of sweet soy sauce
half spoon Raja Sauce (bought this in Bali but havent seen it in Aus)
half spoon chinese wine
1 teaspoon garlic
pinch pepper
very small pinch salt
half spoon sesame oil
carrot
spring onion
cabbage
beef/chicken
noodles
spinach
onion
celery
put noodles in a bowl of boiling water to separate and warm up
chop all veggies & meat finely
stirfry meat for 2 mins in the sesame oil
add vegetables and stirfry until almost cooked (couple mins)
add all other ingredients and stirfry for a couple mins
serve with a fried egg
