I don't know about TODS but I have recently returned and whilst there I found that "Tommy's" handbags in Padma st, Legian where of excellent quality. Not the cheapest around but so good I bought 2 bags and would have got more if I could fit more in my luggage. I will definitely go back for more on another trip. Good Luck
