Good place - bad mattresses.
Have never had back problems but after 4 nights there had huge problems getting out of the car, and understood what people with "bad backs" go through. Worked out the problem was cheap foam mattress.
Have stayed there since but only for a night or so.
Hopefully they have new ones.
