but if you dont have any get some 'belly belts' specially designed for pregnancy. dont know if you can get in bali? but they allow you to wear your everyday jeans, skirts or pants. The belts work like an expanadable waistline with a bit of material at the front.
Maybe you can get some made?
anyway they are well worth the money:)
